From dictionary.com, migraine is actually a severe recurring headache, usually affecting only one side of the head, characterized by sharp pain and often accompanied by nausea, vomitting, and visual disturbances.

My migraine is pretty minor (but already unbearable for me!). I had recurring headaches (on the right side of my head!) and sometimes feeling nausea throughout the day.
